Wedding & Event Setup
This service eliminates the stress of scrambling to get to a venue early or find a friend or family member who can set up your decor. This also gives you the peace of mind that everything is set up just as you envisioned. This package includes a 1 hour in-person or video meeting the month of your event where we will discuss exactly how and where you want things setup (additional phone calls and texting available if needed), up to 3 hours of set up time the day of the event, and supervision of setup by other vendors (such as florist or bakery). All decor (including tables, chairs, florals, table numbers, seating chart, signs, specialty tables, backdrops, desserts, and more) will be precisely and carefully set up following your guidelines.

Day-Of Wedding Coordination
As your coordinator I am the point person for any and all communication the day of your event. My job is to ensure your day goes off as smoothly as possible. However, I am there to take care of anything that doesn’t go as planned. Run out of liquor during the reception? Bridal party gets hungry while getting ready? Caterer forget the champagne glasses? I am your girl! Of course, I will do anything and everything to prevent these kinds of things from happening but I'll be there to take care of them if they do. Other services can include, but are not limited to, creation and enforcement of a wedding day timeline, timely and complete set up of decor, coordination and supervision of vendors (including week of confirmation calls with all vendors), and coordination of bridal parties for ceremony and reception. All packages include a 1 hour in-person or video meeting the month of your wedding and additional emails, phone calls, and texts as needed. Coordinator can also be present to lead rehearsal (up to 1 hour) if needed.

*Starting packages based on one coordinator, one location, and 6 hours of coordination the day of your event. Additional fees may apply for additional hours, travel, tear down, and additional coordinators needed.
Partial Wedding Event Design & Planning
This package is perfect for couples that need light guidance or help nailing down the last few vendors or decor for their wedding.
Please note: I am happy to communicate and attend meetings with vendors, but all vendor contracts and payments must take place directly between the vendor and the couple.

Full Wedding Design & Planning
Rose Colored will walk you through every step of the way from picking a date, creating a budget and vision, scheduling engagement photos, locating a venue and all vendors, planning rehearsal dinner and more! All packages include five (1 hour) meetings and additional emails, calls, and texting as needed. These meetings can be in-person with vendors, at venue or virtually.
